The Velo Orange Nouveau Randonneur dropbar is designed for long, comfortable days in the saddle. With a shorter reach, shallow drop, and gentle backsweep, it’s ideal for riders using modern integrated shifters and aero brake levers.

The tops are lightly ovalized and swept back to create a wider, more natural hand position, helping distribute road vibrations and reduce fatigue in the hands, wrists, and elbows. This ergonomic shape offers a relaxed feel compared to straight bars, though inline brake levers are not compatible due to the bar profile.

The 105mm ramps provide plenty of space to rest your hands behind the hoods while still allowing quick access to shifting and braking. A traditional reach of 85mm keeps the cockpit compact and comfortable for climbing and out-of-the-saddle efforts.

With a 128mm drop and 12° flare, the Nouveau Randonneur delivers excellent stability in corners and extra clearance for your forearms during hard efforts or when navigating obstacles. It’s a great choice for randonneuring, endurance riding, and long-distance touring.
