Developed as an evolution of SimWorks’ trusted stainless outer cable, the Crisper version is ideal for riders looking to reduce cable compression—especially with modern mechanical disc brake setups.

Inside, the housing uses a thicker stainless steel coil construction, which improves resistance to flex and minimizes stroke loss when braking. This results in a firmer, more responsive lever feel. The stainless material also offers excellent resistance to rust compared to standard steel housings.

A polyethylene inner liner helps reduce friction, allowing for smoother cable movement and lighter brake action overall. Combined with its durable construction, the Crisper housing provides reliable performance in all conditions.
