BASSI LE MONTREAL FRAME

The Bassi Le Montréal is Bassi's most versatile and popular frameset, perfect for commuters, porteurs, randonneurs, touring, or cyclocross setups. Built from 4130 Chromoly steel, this frame balances style, comfort, and functionality while paying homage to classic 1980s touring bikes. It comes with mounts for front and rear fenders, racks, three bottle cages, and our signature shoulder strap.

New Features in the Montréal V3:

• Oversized tubes across all sizes for improved stability under load (or with a kid on the back).

• Extra bottle cage mount under the downtube, bringing the total to three.

• Accommodates wide tires up to 45mm on all sizes, even with fenders.

• Reduced toe overlap and optimized wheel sizes for proportional handling:

  • 46cm & 49cm – 26" wheels for smaller riders

  • 52cm & 55cm – 650B (27.5") wheels for average riders

  • 58cm & 61cm – 700C (28") wheels for larger riders

• Diagonal rear dropouts for singlespeed compatibility.

• Cast seatpost collar with bolt included for 2025 frames.

• Stiffened seatstays and top tube increase load capacity and add a touch of spring.
