Collection: Nitto

Nitto is one of those names that makes bike nerds go a bit quiet and respectful (and then immediately start pointing at handlebars).

They’ve been part of Japanese bicycle culture for ages and are still making components in Japan, in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima. The vibe is classic Nitto: beautifully bent bars, clean finishing, tough stems, and that subtle “of course this is perfect” utility that somehow never screams for attention.

What we love most is that Nitto’s idea of “beautiful” is basically: make it work flawlessly, make it last forever, and don’t add nonsense. They’re big on strict safety standards and serious quality control (the kind where things get stress-tested for ages before they’re allowed out into the world).

It’s also very “craft, but not precious”: a lot of what they do is shaped by experienced hands, with skills passed down over time, and the credit goes to the factory and the work — not a celebrity designer.

In short: Nitto makes the parts you fit once, forget about (because they just work), and then smugly admire 6 months later when you realise they still look incredible.
